Event Begins
The "Event Begins" field allows the user to type a 'beginning date" for the event or select a date from
the graphical calendar by clicking the "Calendar" icon .
Event Ends
The "Event Ends" field allows the user to type an "ending date" for the event or select a date from
the graphical calendar by clicking the "Calendar" icon .
Notifications
The "Notification" block field allows users to set up reminders on Calendar Events. To add a
notification, press the "Add Reminder" button.
Enter the minutes, hours or days the reminder should appear before the event begins. Each
reminder will also support its own priority level so notifications may be sent in different ways.
Unlimited reminders may be added to each calendar event. If an all day event is set, the start time is
midnight.
Note: When using OmniSync, only the first reminder will be synced with Microsoft
Outlook.
